Katrina Kaif took to functional training under the guidance of Reza and even trained in pilates with Yasmin Karachiwala, which involves control, flow and concentration to develop a strong core to perform the kind ofstunts the film required for over a year.
Katrina literally trained for every single day of the year as Reza and Yasmin would work with her at Joggers Park.
If that wasn't all, Katrina also trained in Aerial Straps Work with professionals from London. Aerial Acrobats involve lifting your own body weight with the help of straps.
