Apart from the global cuisine including Chinese, Thai and Continental, besides Indian varieties, Saffron 12 boasts of authentic over three century old Pathare Prabhu recipes, the aroma of the secret special spice-recipe is simply amazing.
“This is but a humble beginning,” says Dr Swapna Patker, the woman behind Saffron 12. “The idea behind Saffron 12 is to have 12 lounges, a la Saffron style.” An engineer with a PhD from Harvard Business School, Dr Swapna Patker is an entrepreneur in the true sense with multiple businesses of engineering, corporate training, counseling, spiritual training and now, the restaurant adds another feather to her cap. “I am who I am because of my parents. They stood by me and supported my dreams and aspirations at every step,” avers Dr Patker.
