0110 International Digital Film Festival, the touted as the venue for the new wave of Indian Cinema drew to a close tonight after its first run at Whistling Woods International, Mumbai. Celebrating the festival’s successful run were Sudhir Mishra, Vinay Pathak, Qaushik Mukherjee (more commonly known as Q) amongst others.
Festival director, Madhureeta Anand was delighted by the reception given to the festival, “The response this year has been delightful. Over the last 5 years the festival was held in Delhi and this in fact was our first year in Mumbai and in spite of which the audience has been enthusiastic. We have strived to bring some of the best new age cinema to audiences here and we look forward to doing so next year as well”
Closing the festival were Spanish film EPHERMAL directed by Diego Modeno, Lebanian film ABU RAMI directed by Sabah Haider and Palestinian film PRIVATE SUN directed by Rami Alayan
