Popular American rapper Snoop Dogg has said that he is excited to be undertaking a concert tour of India. Dogg performed in Pune on January 11 and he will perform in New Delhi on January13.
Dogg said: “People have been supporting me since 19993 and they never had a chance to see me perform unless it was somewhere else. So, not I am coming to their homeland, to the country where it’s beautiful and they really need to see me do what I do and I will give them the love that they have been giving me."
"I have been travelling around the whole world, this year I wanted to come to countries I have never been to before that appreciate my music and love me for what I do so, what I wanted to do was to start off the year by going to places that had never seen Snoop Dogg before," he added.
Snoop Dogg is scheduled to release his 12th album, 'Reincarnation' in 2013.
