
As predicted, Jab Tak Hai Jaan has crossed 100 Crore mark in 5 Days. The film is doing great business at Indian box office and tremendous at overseas box office.
JTHJ has earned total of Rs. 34.50 Crore at overseas markets and Rs. 71 Crore in India in just 5 days. This makes a grand total of Rs. 105.50 Cr in 5 days.
Whereas Son of Sardar collected Rs. 57.50 Crore in India and Rs. 3.50 Crore at overseas market. This come a grand total of Rs. 61 Crore in 5 Days. The collection of SOS is far less than it is of JTHJ in 5 Days. Jab Tak Hai Jaan has managed to beat Son of Sardar in India and in overseas as well.
The sad demise of Politician Balasaheb Thackerey made a big impact on both the movie’s domestic collection in Maharashtra and especially in Mumbai. On the peek Weekend Days i.e. on Saturday and Sunday all the theatres were closed. Although JTHJ still managed good numbers with overseas collection but SOS had to suffer a lot.
