Times are changing and so are the audience. Trade pundits these days wonder every Friday what is going to happen. An Akshay Kumar starrer with good reports is lagging behind to a non starrer India's first 3 D dance film "ABCD" - nothing short of a miracle.
Akshay Kumar starrer opened slowly though Delhi, East Punjab and UP were the bbest with 25% opening but other places were bad with 15-20% opening. On an average, film has opened to 20% occupancy.
"ABCD' on the other hand opened to 30% opening and it seems that youth has taken to the film in big way all over. Surprisingly even smaller towns are warming up to the film.
"Special Chabbis' has to show jump and word of mouth has to be translated in collection from here on in order to come out with decent 8-9 cr nett. "ABCD" is a smaller release so even 3 cr nett figure will be great but at the moment anything higher also looks possible for the film.
