Bollywood’s megastar Salman Khan has been ordered to appear in Bombay High Court on December 27 as the court found that Police has illegally helped Salman in rash driving case. Those Police officers have also been asked to attend the hearing on same day.
The court has today issued notice to Salman and police officers, based on a complaint filed that says, cops presented faked documents and evidence to help Salman in hit-and-run case.
The complaint was filed by lawyer & activist Abha Singh.
Salman was charged under rash and negligent driving in the year 2002, when his car ran over five people where one person died and four others were seriously injured. The case is still going on. Now the next hearing on December 27, 2012.
