Kareena Kapoor launched Rujuta Diwekar’s nutrition documentary DVD titled ‘Indian Food Wisdom and The Art of Eating Right’. The DVD features several celebrities, including Kareena and her husband Saif Ali Khan, sharing their fitness and nutrition tips.
Talking to the media gathering, Kareena said “One should eat everything especially healthy and not junk food. I don’t like the idea of starving. I would eat and burn it out in gym. The amount of intake is what matters. I eat simple Indian home-cooked food – Sazbi, dal, roti, chawal, ghee. There are so many benefits of having ghee.”
Kareena also added that even though Saif loves and enjoys his mutton and Nawabi food, she continues to be a vegetarian.
