They are as different as chalk and cheese. Yet, when they come together they make magic on the marquee. We are talking of singer Madhushree and the inimitable Nana Patekar who have come together to lend their voice for a mellifluous number Ram Gopal Varma’s The Attacks of 26/11 produced by Alumbra Entertainment and Eros International, scheduled for a March 1 release.
While Madhushree’s melody resonates the room, Nana Patekar’s dialogues that intersperse with the voice add their own rustic flavour to the song.
Says Madhushree, “I was always in awe of Nana. But he is such fun and easy going to work with that he puts you at ease. You enjoy work when you are with Nana. Besides his voice brings with it a charm that only Nana Patekar is known for. I enjoyed every moment to the hilt.”
Madhushree was in for a surprise when Nana who disappeared post his work returned with Ramu and team to make them listen to the song.
“Kamaal ho gaya… laajawaab gaya aapne!” stated Nana. An elated Madhushree is still touched by Nana’s gesture.
