The ace filmmaker Amol Gupte who is known for making critically acclaimed children-oriented films like Taare Zameen Par and Stanley Ka Dabba, is now taking his interest a step ahead.
Amole Gupte is now all set to take over the reigns of the Children's Film Society of India (CFSI). Amol says it’s an honored to be a part of this institute.
In an interview, Amol said; "I feel great honored to be part of it. I am very well connected with the children so now I will only try to carry it forward."
Before Gupte, actress Nandita Das had reigns of CFSI. Gupte also praised Nandita by saying, “she did a wonderful job during her period, I hope to bring forth many more Gattus and Stanleys.’’
