Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur and Yash Raj Films have finally joined hands to make Shekhar's most ambitious film Paani. Shekhar Kapoor have been preparing for this film since long time but was looking for good Indian film partner.
He has now found that perfection with Yash raj films.
The film is produced by Aditya Chopra and Directed by Shekhar Kapur, it will be shot in India and overseas. A. R. Rahman has given the music for the film. The film will go on floor next year in mid of 2013.
The film is a story of a fight for waters which has flavour of a love story as well. The film will see a strong star cast, Indian and Western as well.
